That said, PhDs vary in the time it takes them to land jobs. Some choose to deprioritize their job search, others choose to target dream jobs where there are only a few opportunities in the market, while others find jobs very quickly.
I'm committed to working with you until you land a job outside of academia.
I offer the month-to-month option after completion of the 2-month program so that you feel supported throughout your job search. If you decide to search solo after the 2-month program, that's wonderful. If you strike out solo and want to return to rejoin the program, that's AOK as well. As long as you opt to continue to work together, I'll work with you until you land a job.
